Scott was recruited to take over the President and Chief Operating Officer role of InterCall in 1998 when revenues were $48 million. Since then he has grown the business each year with double-digit revenue and EBITDA growth to over $937 million in revenue for 2008. He achieved the CEO title in 1999 and sold the business to West Corporation in 2003. As of 2008, Frost & Sullivan states that InterCall is the largest conferencing provider in the world.
Prior to joining InterCall, Etzler held executive positions in the voice and data communications services with companies such as AT&T, Decision Industries and U.S. Sprint.
Etzler serves on the Indiana University Kelly School of Business Dean's Advisory Council, Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management Advisory Board and the Board of Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago. Etlzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a M.B.A. from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Scott and his wife, Becki, reside in Winnetka, IL, and have two children - Erin and Andrew.

Mike is driving InterCalls growing global presence while maintaining its emphasis on customer service. He oversees company infrastructure to ensure InterCall delivers a consistent customer experience from anywhere in the world. Mike brings years of development and integration experience from various technological companies, including Convergys, where he helped to expand the company by $500 million in a 5-year period. Mike also manages InterCalls IT department and new product integration. Mikes mantra: Customer experience is king.
Heather Welborn

Heather leads InterCall's Fortune 500 and Global Client Sales Team. Since joining InterCall in September 1995, Heather has held a variety of positions, including National Account Director, Regional Vice President, General Manager of National Accounts, Account Executive, and was responsible for the initiation of the National Account Channel. Prior to joining InterCall, Heather was in Retail Management at Marshall Fields in Chicago, a Retail Buyer at Montgomery Wards in Chicago, and a successful entrepreneur, managing her own accounting business. Heathers leadership is driven by her absolute commitment to ultimate professionalism and high-touch support. Her team exudes these qualities …which our customers demand.
Marty Dunne

Marty brings years of learning and training expertise to InterCall. Marty got his first job with AT&T, where he learned the ropes of a territory-based operation while selling PBX systems in Chicago. Marty then moved to RR Donnelley in 1990 and sold printing services to catalogers and mail-order companies. InterCall recruited him four years later, as a $5 million company. After three years of leading the top producing sales office, Marty became General Manager, and opened InterCall offices in Denver and throughout the Midwest. Today Marty oversees 24 offices with 325 field-based sales associates throughout the U.S. and Canada. Martys commitment to working and playing hard results in a fast-paced, energetic, goal-achieving environment. He is the true, ‘never say die leader. Robert Wise

After law school, Bob practiced law for a few years and then launched a number of successful start-ups. His company developed a children's entertainment center, car washes and invested in real estate. A chance meeting with Marty Dunne's sister, who was in charge of InterCall's marketing, led him to the company. Bob saw the opportunity for growth and signed on to head the internet division in the spring of 1998, when InterCall was just a $40 million company. His law background became a valuable asset during InterCall's early acquisitions and Bob was eventually named General Counsel. This gave him a unique perspective on every aspect of the company's operations, from products to human resources to real estate transactions. As VP of Marketing and Business Development, Bobs primary responsibilities include marketing communications, products, training and global business development.
Phillip K. Wilson

An avid sportsman, Phil enjoys a variety of activities ranging from team sports to bobsledding and surfing. You can count him in for anything that promises adventure and challenge. Its for this reason that he joined InterCall as VP of Global Operations. In this role, Phil is advancing InterCalls North America, EMEA, and APAC conferencing servicing operations. His goal is to optimize customer service efficiency and effectiveness, and to develop new opportunities for collaboration to maximize InterCalls growth potential. Previously, Phil served in operations and finance leadership roles with companies such as Asurion, Convergys Corporation and AT&T.
Herb Pyles

Herb helped pioneer some of InterCalls early technology including our first customer database and reservations system. Today, the former newspaper publisher provides the strategic direction and hands-on expertise to manage the integration of InterCalls acquisitions. Herb takes great pride in making the complex world of conferencing technology a simple, consistent and reliable experience for all InterCall customers. Herb is “all InterCall, all the time” and continuously selects the paths for our business that put the customer first.
Rob Bellmar

Its only natural that InterCall would look to a globetrotter to direct its worldwide networks, infrastructure, and bridges. Rob became a member of InterCalls executive team in 2007, to lead global operations. In his current role, hes now taking on global network strategy and customer experience initiatives. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for BT Conferencing, where he co-founded the U.S. division, building it to a $50 million dollar enterprise. Robs three kids are especially excited about his global endeavors, which brings them stories from all corners of the world (and delicious foreign chocolates).
Rob Ewing

Rob once traveled 45 weeks a year as a computer systems consultant, and thus is a strong advocate for the benefits of conferencing. InterCall lured him over to help build our customer care center in West Point and today is in charge of Information Technology for InterCall. For the average reader, that means Rob and his global development teams work with product management and customers to deliver innovative, reliable and easy to use products and services. Additionally, he maintains all administrative systems and ensures capacity is added as we continue to grow. Robs bigger-than-life personality and management style makes sure we get products to market timely, consistently with the quality our customers deserve.
Warren Baxley

As Vice President, Products, Warren is responsible for InterCalls product strategy and execution on a global basis. A conferencing industry veteran and serial innovator, he also plays a key role defining and building out InterCall's world-class conferencing platforms to connect with users globally. Recognized as a pioneer in the development of such collaboration technologies as reservation-less audio conferencing applications and VoIP conferencing, Warren holds five patents and is a widely respected technology product strategist. Prior to joining the company, he directed product marketing, marketing strategy, and marketing communications for Polycom and Voyant Technologies products. When not immersed in the world of conferencing, he is busy with three teenagers and their various sports and activities, and anything that gives him the opportunity to drive his new tractor.
Jared Schensky

Responsible for all things legal, Jared serves as InterCalls Vice President & General Counsel, putting his international experiences to work. As Vice President & General Counsel, Jared is responsible for all legal matters associated with InterCall and its conferencing businesses. Prior to joining InterCall, Jared served as General Counsel of the Asia-Pacific Group for Brunswick Corporation, a global recreational products company, managing all of the legal affairs for this international division, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and with operations throughout all of Asia. Later, serving as Deputy General Counsel for Brunswick, Jared acted as that companys lead M&A attorney and Secretary to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Jared sees his job at InterCall as working to find the right balance between minimizing risk and maximizing revenue – and doing whatever it takes to support the Companys Sales and Operations teams in growing the business.
Philip Grybas

As Senior Vice President of Accounting, Phil is responsible for InterCalls national and international accounting and reporting requirements. Beginning his professional journey in Chicago with Continental Bank, Phil was recruited to join Ameritech, which led him and his family overseas to Budapest, Hungary. Following his time abroad, Phil returned to the states to assume the role of Vice President and CFO of Warwick Valley Telephone Company before joining Surewest Communications as CFO where he contributed to the successful launch of HDTV over an IP network for the first time. Staying true to his roots, Phil is a lifelong Chicago White Sox fan.
