InterCall offers FREE training programs that provide information – from the most basic to advanced – to get you started using your MeetingCentre account. Our trainers have years of web conferencing experience so you can be sure you are learning from the best.

We recommend that you participate in the MeetingCentre training programs in the following, sequential order:
  • Basic MeetingCentre Leader Training – If you lead meetings and would like an introduction to the basic meeting features, this is the course for you.
  • Advanced MeetingCentre Features Training – This course includes how to schedule and lead meetings with advanced features such as Outlook integration and how to create UCF multimedia presentations.
